GLASS
CONSTRUCTION
Glass is mounted into the SASH that is specifically made for the style of window. Basic Double Pane is two panes of glass with a sealed spacing of air or gas in between. Triple pane is three panes similar to two.
INSULATION
The manufacturing of the window is crucial to the quality and functionality. Air or Gas is filled into the area between with the separated glass creating the best possible insulation.
EFFICIENCY
Double and triple pane windows offer a temperature barrier from cold to hot conditions (extremes). It is also an effective sound barrier and gives the home more security.
LOW - E
LOW - E is an invisible coating that is applied to glass surfaces, helping regulate the transfer of heat and light through the glass. It keeps heat inside in cold weather and outside during hot weather. This greatly improves the efficiency, therefore highly recommended Low E glass.
